موسیقی خیابانی، هنر عمومی شهری و برنامه‌ریزی شهری (توسعه شهری خلاق با تاکید بر آفرینش فضاهای شهری مردم‌گرا) مطالعه موردی: تحلیل تطبیقی محدوده‌های شهرچایی و خیام جنوبی شهر ارومیه

چکیده
بیان مساله: مفهوم هنر عمومی شهری و ظهور آن در قلمرو همگانی از مهمترین عوامل تقویت و تسریع فرآیند و فعالیت­های شهر خلاق محسوب می­گردد. موسیقی خیابانی به عنوان هنر عمومی شهری، رویدادی اثرگذار در جوامع شهری می­باشد که سعی در بهبود سطح کیفی حیات اجتماعی، تقویت خاطرات جمعی، افزایش سطح سرزندگی و میزان پویایی شهری و نیل به توسعه شهری خلاق را دارد.

هدف: تلاش نگارندگان در این نوشتار، بازتعریف اهمیت و ارزش مهم رویداد هنرهای عمومی شهری در فضاهای شهری، شناسایی امکان­سنجی اجرای موسیقی خیابانی در محیط­های اجتماعی و آفرینش و توسعه فضاهای شهری مردم­گرا می­باشد که با ارزیابی تطبیقی محدوده­های مطالعاتی کریدور سبز شهرچایی و پیاده­راه خیام جنوبی شهر ارومیه به مطالعه آن پرداخته شده است.

روش: در تحقیق حاضر با هدف کاربردی و ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی و با بهره­گیری از روش­های اسنادی-کتابخانه­ای، ابزار پرسشنامه و مصاحبه به گردآوری اطلاعات اقدام شده است. جامعه آماری و حجم نمونه متشکل از دو گروه متخصصین، اندیشمندان و اساتید دانشگاهی و اعضای فعال موسیقی خیابانی می­باشد که با احتساب روش نمونه­گیری طبقه­ای یا گروهی تعداد 60 نمونه احتساب گردیده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل کمی نیز از روش­های کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف، همبستگی اسپیرمن، سوارا و کوکوسو بهره گرفته شده است.

یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: طبق یافته­ها، ابعاد اجتماعی، فرهنگی و محیطی و شاخص­های «امکان اجرای زنده موسیقی» و «کیفیت طراحی محیط» به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین سطح اهمیت را کسب نموده­اند. همچنین محدوده کریدور سبز شهرچایی نسبت به پیاده­راه خیام جنوبی شهر ارومیه، شرایط مطلوب­تری را نسبت به اجرای هنرهای عمومی شهری (موسیقی خیابانی) به خود اختصاص داده است.
