واکاوی تاثیر فضای شهری بیوفیلیک بر میزان استرس افراد

چکیده
طرح مسئله: بررسی و تحلیل چگونگی طراحی فضاها در شهرها که می‌تواند بر شهروندان تأثیرات متفاوتی برجای گذارد. تأثیر فضاهای شهری بیوفیلیک بر میزان استرس افراد، مسئله‌ی این تحقیق است.

اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر مثبت رویکرد بیوفیلیک بر کاهش میزان استرس دارد که این کارایی بتواند در طراحی فضاهای شهری آینده توجه متخصصان را جهت اجرا جلب نماید.

روش: روش تحقیق حاضر، نیمه‌تجربی است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش مشتمل بر 20 نفر از دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی و ارشد رشته مهندسی معماری و شهرسازی دانشگاه هنر اسلامی تبریز در بازه سنی 20 تا 30 سال در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 است. ابتدا با استفاده از اعلام فراخوان و پرسشنامه دموگرافی سلامت دانشجویان شناسایی شدند و از افراد سالم اندازه‌گیری کمی استرس به کمک مچ‌بند هوشمند در حین مشاهده تصاویر فضاهای شهری بیوفیلیک و غیربیوفیلیک به کمک عینک واقعیت مجازی به عمل آمد. سپس داده‌ها مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: تحلیل نتایج نشان داد، میانگین تغییرات استرس افراد در حین مشاهده تصاویر غیر بیوفیلیک نسبت به بیوفیلیک در دقیقه دو، تقریباً 2/5 واحد بیشتر بوده است. p-Value بین افراد با میزان تحصیلات در حالت بیوفیلیک و استراحت در دقیقه 1 و غیربیوفیلیک در دقیقه 2 و تفاوت عدد استرس در حالت غیر بیوفیلیک با بیوفیلیک در دقیقه 2 معنی‌دار است (p-value=023/0) که این کارایی می‌تواند در طراحی فضاهای شهری آینده مدنظر قرار گیرد.

نتیجه‌گیری: توجه ویژه طراحان شهری در مورد ساختار فضاها و به‌کارگیری تمهیدات استخراجی از مدل بیوفیلیک در مقیاس‌های مختلف می‌تواند موجب طراحی و یا ساماندهی فضاهایی شود که میزان استرس افراد ساکن در شهرها را به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش دهد.
