English

Findings: historical cemeteries act as "collective memory spaces" beyond the function of burial. With the advent of urban modernism, many of these spaces have been removed from urban life and turned into abandoned stains. Analysis of spatial layout with DepthmapX software indicates the presence of dead ends and a decrease in the sense of security, while points with high selection indicators have the potential to become collective spaces.

Conclusion: the historical cemetery of Dar es Salaam Shiraz has become an insecure space due to abandonment and lack of integrated management. The research combines multi-functional theoretical foundations, new analysis tools and stakeholder participation to provide an expanded framework for the revival of these spaces with an identity-tourism approach.Findings: historical cemeteries act as "collective memory spaces" beyond the function of burial.
