طراحی همه‌شمول فضاهای همگانی برای افراد کم توان در خیابان انقلاب اسلامی (حدفاصل میدان فردوسی و سازمان بهزیستی تهران)

چکیده
اهداف: فضای شهری از اصلی‌ترین مکان‌ها برای تعاملات اجتماعی مردم است که شامل میدان‌ها، خیابان­ها، دسترسی­ها و... می­باشد. این فضاها نیازمند طراحی همه‌شمول به معنی استفاده راحت و آسان برای تمامی افراد با هر محدودیت جسمی و حرکتی است. بخش قابل‌توجهی از شهروندان را افراد کم­توان تشکیل داده­اند لذا باید توجه ویژه‌ای به برطرف نمودن نیازها و مشکلات آنها در سطح شهر انجام شود. افراد کم‌توان شامل شهروندانی با معلولیت حرکتی، ذهنی، حسی و احشای داخلی، زنان باردار، کودکان و سالمندان هستند. در همین راستا هدف این مقاله بررسی و شناخت مشکلات فیزیکی تردد افراد کم­توان در محور مورد مطالعه و ارزیابی آنها برای حضور افراد کم­توان و توانیاب می­باشد.

روش‌ها: پس از شناخت وضع موجود به‌وسیله مطالعه منابع کتابخانه­ای و طرح­های فرادست، با انجام برداشت ­میدانی از محور مطالعاتی به تحلیل آن با روش SWOT و سناریو ویزارد پرداخته شده است. پس از اولویت‌بندی راهبردهای تدوین شده به طراحی سیاست و راهکارهای اجرایی پرداخته شده است.

یافته ها و نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده از این پژوهش نشان می­دهد، از مهم­ترین مشکلات موجود در محور هدف می­توان به عدم مناسب­سازی مبلمان برای استفاده افراد کم­توان توانیاب، عدم کف­سازی مناسب، عدم مکان­یابی مناسب موزاییک­های مسیریابی نابینایان، عدم مناسب­سازی ایستگاه­های حمل‌ونقل اشاره نمود. همچنین با انجام راهکارهایی مانند مناسب‌سازی کاربری‌های خدماتی، مناسب‌سازی ایستگاه‌های حمل‌ونقل، کفسازی استاندارد برای انواع گروه‌های کم‌توان، مکان‌یابی مناسب مبلمان شهری، طراحی مبلمان شهری برای استفاده تمامی شهروندان و ایجاد تابلوهای حسی و صوتی می‌توان فضاهای شهری را برای حضور افراد کم‌توان و توانیاب آماده‌سازی کرد.
