گونه شناسی فضاهای گمشده در خیابان شهید بهشتی شهر کرج، با بهره مندی از رویکرد پروژه های محرک توسعه

چکیده
اهداف: شناسایی و گونه ­شناسی فضاهای شهری گمشده در خیابان شهید بهشتی شهر کرج و بررسی میزان تحرک هر یک از این فضاها، اولویت­ برنامه­ ریزی و طراحی برای آن‌ها.

روش­ها: در بررسی نمونه­ ی موردی با رویکرد متخصص ­محور و مبتنی شاخص­های ادبیات نظری، فضاهای گمشده شناسایی و بررسی شده است. درواقع از روش برداشت میدانی مشتمل بر مشاهده، برداشت از فضا و عکس­برداری استفاده شده و با تکمیل چک­ لیست، میزان تحرک هر فضا با نگاه متخصص­ محور ارزیابی شده است.

یافته­ ها: بر اساس ارزیابی فضاها در ابعاد عملکردی، اجتماعی، کالبدی، اجرایی و زیست­ محیطی، 23 فضای گمشده در نمونه­ ی موردی را می­توان به پنج گونه تقسیم ­بندی نمود که عبارتند از: فضای توسعه نیافته، پارکینگ رو باز، فضای فاقد عملکرد، فضای باقی­مانده از توسعه و فضای رها شده در حاشیه­ ی خیابان.

نتیجه­ گیری: بر اساس رویکرد پژوهش، به ­منظور احیا خیابان باید 8 اصل شامل: اصل محصوریت و پیوستگی نما/ هماهنگی فرم و عملکرد/ تنوع و گوناگونی/ زمینهگرایی/ سازگاری/ مردم محوری/ ایستایی و پویایی/ دیالکتیک فضای بیرونی و درونی، مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
