Abstract
Since the national symbol is the most important urban element in terms of nationality, analyzing the influence of time on this symbol seems necessary. Less attention has been paid to the concept of time in the initial comments regarding urban issues. However, it was considered a serious matter after passing of time and observing its influence on urban and identity issues. The current study mainly aims to study the influence of time in the formation of the complex of national monuments, the direct and indirect influence of the time dimension on qualitative indicators of space and its influence on the appearance and semantic dimension of the national symbol and its immediate field. Thus, after reviewing the theoretical basics, many case studies of the world have been reviewed due to the lack of sufficient information and specialist investigations. Only nine case studies have been randomly selected and addressed in the present study. These studies are in line with theoretical basics and the thinkers’ ideas and they led to the final output. The descriptive-analytical method was used to gather the information and the outputs were analyzed by the survey method and Delphi tool for validation. The results show that the influence of time on the appearance dimension generally includes structural and apparent changes, erosion, deterioration, and ruin and the influence of time on the semantic dimension mostly includes semantic, identity, and revolutionary changes. In the qualitative indicators of the national symbol and its immediate field, the time dimension indirectly influences on some of indicators such as diversity, readability, permeability, visual richness, and vitality. In some indicators such as permeability and visual richness, the influence of time is associated with the appearance and in some indicators such as diversity, readability, and vitality, it is associated with appearance and semantic dimension. It is also influential in the quality of sustainability and efficiency in time dimension. Since there are two types of the national monuments in general, the influence of time dimension on them is different. Time triggers memory, meaning, layer structure and accessibility in the monuments built in the passing of time but it triggers patterns of receiving feature and lessons about designing such as observing flexibility and designing a timed and dramatic place in space.

Abstract
Length-weight relationship, age range and fecundity of 40 specimens of the Russian sturgeon, Acipenser gueldenstaedtii, collected from two fishing stations in the southeastern Caspian Sea, were determined. Average length (TL) and weight were 129.5 cm and 12.7 kg for males and 145.8 cm and 22.15 kg for females, respectively. Absolute fecundity was 184000 in average and condition factor calculated 0/58 and 0/7 for male and females, respectively. Average age for males and females was 12.7 and 14.6 years, respectively. All these factors were lower than previous records from the Volga river estuary. Length-weight relationships results demonstrated isometric growth pattern with average slope of 2.978 and 2.822 for males and females respectively. These values were not statistically different between sexes (p> 0.05), but using this relationships for each sex separately will be useful for more reliable results especially in broodstock studies.

Abstract
problem statement: Common values between residents and citizens of a neighborhood are fundamental in having a collective and common mentality. The emergence of common values in the neighborhood depends on several factors. One of the qualities and concepts that significantly impact these common values is the spatial differentiation of the neighborhood. This article aims to investigate the effect of the degree of spatial differentiation of neighborhoods on the formation of common values among citizens.
Method: This research has been done using a survey and based on field studies in the neighborhood of Ahvaz city and based on the opinions of 663 residents of selected neighborhoods.
Findings: Many of the city's problems and ills are caused by a lack of shared values and collective mentality and understanding. Neighborhoods with unique characteristics, distinctiveness, and different spatial distinctions can provide many qualities. Shared values lead to a shared understanding of the neighborhood, enhance collective and shared experiences, and thus add to neighborhood quality and urban quality.
Conclusion: The results show that the spatial differentiation of neighborhoods significantly leads to the formation and promotion of common and collective values among citizens. Moreover, the distinction of physical appearance and neighborhood identification are among the most critical factors.

Abstract
Length-weight relationships and fecundity of 93 individual female Acipenser persicus broodstocks were investigated. The specimens were caught during 2001-2005 from Golestan, Mazandaran and Guilan provinces along the southern coast of the Caspian Sea. Total length and weight of each fish was measured to the nearest 1cm and 100 g, respectively. Age determination was carried out by using transects of the first ray of pectoral fin. The absolute fecundity was assessed by egg count per weight unit of all eggs existed in the body. The specimens were from 13 to 20 years old, of which the 16 years old had the highest proportion with 23.7%. Range of total length and weight were 132.5 to 211 cm and 14 to 42 kg, respectively. Mean absolute fecundity was estimated 267810 ± 92570. Total length, weight and absolute fecundity of fish increased with age in all cases, showed a significant positive correlation (p <0.01). The slope of the length-weight relationship (b) was equal to 2.745 and isometric growth pattern was determined in this species.

Abstract
Aime: The healing landscape in today's turbulent, stressful and dense world that is the result of environmental crises is one of the approaches that reduce the physical, mental and social illnesses of citizens in space following today's turbulent, stressful and dense world resulting from environmental crises. Is, has come into being, becomes. Historical and contemporary architectural spaces have different effects on landscape healing according to their construction pattern.
Methods: The present research is based on the nature and scope of the subject in the field of applied and developmental research and in terms of research method is descriptive-analytical which has been done in a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) way. Qualitative analysis of the article is based on observations and indicators affecting healing and then in order to adapt the analyzed indicators to prioritize them based on the opinion of respondents who have been users of study gardens with a coefficient of variation. The statistical population includes all users of Delgsha garden space and family. The sample size is 100 people (minimum descriptive analysis threshold) who are randomly selected.
Finding: Based on the acceptable results, it was observed that a comparative study of the components affecting the landscape healing in historical and contemporary gardens can lead to a pattern of spatial construction in which the components of landscape healing are important.
conclusion: The results indicate that in the traditional garden of Delgosha, spatial clarity, selection, solitude and experience of controlling garden affairs, readability, social interaction and mobility of other indicators were more important for the subjects. While in the contemporary garden of the family, spatial mobility, social interaction, spatial diversity, green plant species and spatial resolution were more important than other indicators for the subjects.

Abstract
The effects of fennel essential oil (Foeniculum vulgare) at 5 levels of 0 (control), 100, 200, 400 and 600 mg per kg. of diet on growth performance, survival, body composition and hematological parameters of the Caspian kutum fry, Rutilus frisii kutum, were investigated in a 60-days feeding trial. No significant differences in the growth related parameters and survival were observed among treatments (p>0.05). The highest level of fat was observed in 100 mg fennel essential oil (p<0.05). The highest level of white blood cells was observed in 100 mg and the highest levels of red blood cells, hematocrite and hemoglobin were observed in 400 mg; the lowest level of MCV was observed in the control. No significant differences were observed in other parameters such as MCH and MCHC. In conclusion, fennel essential oil had no significant effect on the growth related parameters of the Caspian kutum fry, but 100 mg of fennel essential oil/kg diet would play an important role in promoting immune system of the fish by increasing the white and red blood cells.

Abstract
Aims: Visual quality is one of the factors influencing of body´s educational spaces on children's self-efficacy. Lack of visual quality in preschool educational spaces will reduce motivation and self-efficacy in children.
Methods: The dimensions of visual quality are visibility, visibility, and depth, which play an essential role in shaping children's behavior. Suppose the visual quality of the space-based on self-efficacy is considered in the formation of educational spaces for children 4 to 6 years old. It will have positive consequences such as motivational activities, enthusiasm and competence, and the formation of educational spaces.Without visual qualities will have negative consequences in children's behavior Lack of sense of worth, reduced satisfaction, and space security will leave.
Conclusion: In the present study, an attempt was made to evaluate the visual quality of children's educational space on self-efficacy in children aged 4 to 6 years. Furthermore, the data for the visual quality efficiency of educational spaces using content analysis technique and Depthmap and Maxqda 2020 software in five sample Primary schools in Isfahan (Fooladshahr) have been measured.

Abstract
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different levels of prebiotic GroBiotic®-A on some growth, hematological, biochemical and immunity parameters of cultured juvenile beluga (Hous huso). Four groups of beluga sturgeon with mean weight of 40.82± 5.8 g were raised for 56 days in fiberglass tanks (20 fish to each tank) and fed with different levels of GroBiotic®-A with concentrations of 0, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0% (three replicates were used for each concentration). At the end of trial, some of the growth parameters were calculated and blood samples collected from 36 fish. Then some hematological, biochemical and immunity parameters in different groups were determined and compared with control group. Results showed that significant difference in some growth parameters, neutrophil percentage, haemoglobin (Hb), haematocrit (Hct) value and total protein (TP) in fish fed with 2.0% GroBiotic®-A were observed compared with control group (p<0.05), but no significant difference were observed in other hematological and biochemical parameters (p>0.05). The results suggest that administration of GroBiotic®-A at the level of 2.0% will be improvement some of the growth and hematological parameters and immune function of juvenile beluga. So, using of this supplement as growth promotor and immunostimulants was recommended in farmed beluga.

Abstract
The problem of thermal comfort of users has long been the concern of architects and designers of residential spaces. In the traditional architecture of Iran, according to the climate of each region, the form, the placement of spaces and the design of open spaces are formed according to the climate of each region. In modern times, due to the increase in the population of cities and the increase in the need for residential spaces and traffic space, the issue of open and social spaces and its role in providing human comfort has been given less attention. Residential has become effective in providing thermal comfort to the residents. For this purpose, using the study of scientific texts, the components of urban form affecting the thermal comfort of urban open spaces were extracted in a hierarchy from texture to building, then ENVI-met software was used to simulate and analyze the design factors, and each of the blocks Residential houses with a certain height are simulated in the software. The results show that the nine isolated cubes provide better heat in the open space. The better performance of this arrangement in providing thermal comfort in the open space can be attributed to the distribution of building blocks, which prevents the creation of open spaces without large shadows inside the site. The shade created by the building blocks prevents the temperature from rising too much in the summer afternoon hours.

Abstract
Today, the ethical leadership has important effect on performance of knowledge-based organizations. On the other hand, organizational identification and organizational trust as mediator variables facilitate the relationship between ethical leadership and performance of organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of ethical leadership on task performance and organizational creativity with mediating role of organizational identification and organizational trust. The participants consisted of 204 employees of Jahad Agricultural Organization of Khuzestan that were selected by stratified random sampling method. The instruments that were used in this study include: Ethical leadership questionnaire of Brown, Treviño, & Harrison (2005), job performance scale of Williams & Anderson (1991), organizational identification scale of Kreiner & Ashforth (2004), organizational trust Questionnaire of Schoorman & Ballinger (2006), and organizational creativity scale of Ganesan and Weitz (2004). Fitness of the proposed model and indirect effects was examined through structural equation modeling and bootstrap procedure. Findings indicated that the proposed model fit the data properly. The results also indicated that ethical leadership directly and with mediating role of organizational identification and organizational trust had impact on task performance, and also with mediating role of organizational identification had impact on organizational creativity. This research suggests that there need to provide conditions to promote ethical leadership, organizational identification and organizational trust to increase task performance and organizational creativity.

Abstract
In the present investigation, infection of Lernaeacruciata parasite is reported in Farsi toothcarp (Aphaniusfarsicus) collected from Maharlu Lake basin in 2014. The prevalence of infection appeared 88.9% (45 specimens). Lernaeacruciataparasites were isolated from origin of fins, gill opercels and body surface. Frequency of parasite on each fish appeared 1 or 2 which mostly attached to branch and under operculum (45%) and base of pectoral and anal fins (43%). The L. cruciata may have been translocated into the Maharloulake Basin by an exotic Poecilid; Gambusiaholbrooki. Sever infection of this endangered endemic fish species warns that urgent reactions should be taken for conservation of Farsi tooth carps in area.

Abstract
Research subject: Low solubility of pharmaceutical compounds leads to increasing the required drug dosage and their side effects as well as reducing their therapeutic efficiency. Producing pharmaceutical micro/nanoparticles with homogenous morphology and narrow size distribution is one of the confirmed approaches for their solubility enhancement. So, selection and designing an appropriate method for this purpose is one of the most important research fields of pharmaceutical industries. Over the past three decades, supercritical carbon dioxide (sc-CO2) based methods as a clean and green technologies have been received much attention in various fields of pharmaceutical industries. However, in order to design and development of these methods for producing micro/nanoparticles, determination of the compounds solubility in sc-CO2 is essential.
Research approach: In this research, well known empirical models (Adachi and Lu, Ch and Madras, Hozahzbr et al., Bian et al., Mendez-Santiago-Teja), as well as the artificial neural network model were applied for prediction the solubility of six anticancer drugs (Aprepitant, 5-Fluorouracil, Imatinib mesylate, Capecitabine, Letrozole, Docetaxel) in sc-CO2.
In order to evaluate the accuracy of these models, a comparison was made between the calculated solubility values and the available experimental data, based on several statistical criteria, such as the average absolute relative deviation (AARD%), adjusted correlation coefficient (Radj) and F-value.
Main results: According to obtained results, Adachi and Lu model with AARD% value of 12.12% and Radj value of 0.97 provided acceptable results for solubility of mentioned drugs in sc-CO2. Also, in comparison between empirical and artificial neural network models, the latter one with AARD% value of 1.65% and Radj value of 0.9960 was appointed as the most appropriate model for correlation of drugs solubility data.

Abstract
To explain how lie is made from the perspective of semiotics, we first need to define icon and its function in the domain of discourse. In this regard, we show that although icon means the maximum amount of similarity between a thing and its representation, there is always the possibility of creating distance between the two that can vary from zero to infinity. This distance makes something as lying in language. According to this, icon can fluctuate from hypoicon to hypericon. Based on these explanations, we figure out that lying is a sign that loses its conformity with the object which is supposed to be represented. The article examines the causes of less or total disagreement of this icon in folk tales according to semiotic process. The main purpose of this article based on semiotic approach and iconic sign process, is to discover the causes of lacking conformity with the reality as well as the fluctuations of this icon. The main hypothesis of this theory is that the involvement and intervention of sense- perceptional and emotional processes as active factors in human behavior could change our understanding and point of view. For this reason, they prevent icon from a stable conformity with the object in time and place. As a result of this process, the discourse of lie is created.

Abstract
Settlement of benthic community depends on environmental conditions and interspecific reactions. The effect of substrates on the surface cover by the soft coral, Zoanthus sansibaricus, and the brown algae, Iyengaria stellata and their computational condition, was compared in the Hormuz Island by estimating of coverage area in 40 quadrates (50×50 cm). Z. sansibaricus is a dominant soft coarl (Zoanthid) species in Hormuz island coasts in the other side I. stellata considered as dominant macroalgea, most of year in area. Significant negative correlation (p<0.01; r = -0.607) revealed competition between two species in settlement on the two substrates. Soft coral with 61.7% coverage was dominant vs. 16.8% for brown algae on muddy-Rubble substrate, but on sandy-Rubble substrate, the brown algae was dominant with 37.8% coverage vs. 19.5% for the soft coral. It seems that better compitiunal conditions in settlement on unconsolidated substrate have some advantages for Z. sansibaricus on Muddy-rubble substrate.

Abstract
Objectives: Even though there are existing capacities in the idea of referentiality based on the notion of index to establish a relationship between the concept and the three components of form, content, and context, a comprehensive study in this field has yet to be fulfilled. Thus, this study aims to develop a codified theoretical framework based on the idea of referentiality, whose indicators can explain the references of architectural concepts.
Methods: Using the logical argumentation method, through a qualitative and documentary study, the existing models related to the formation methods of architectural concepts were examined and compared. Data were collected through a systematic review of the literature. Data analysis was performed based on an analytical-interpretive qualitative procedure that included two stages of extracting descriptive propositions and text analogy.
Findings: The result is a theoretical framework with 42 indicators categorized into three main components: form, content, and context, as well as six sub-components: formal composition, transformational evolutionary process, meaning aspects, spatial program, the natural potential of context, and man-made potential of context.
Conclusion: If the architectural concept is regarded as signified and the determining agents as signifiers, then the effective agents in its development can be thought of as references that can be explained using indexical interpretations. According to this explanatory system, the determinate agents that progress the process of conceptualization can be explained as formal-references, contentual-references, and contextual-references in a major classification.

Abstract
Optimization of protein hydrolysate from head and arms of cuttlefish (Sepia pharaonis) was examined. For this purpose, response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to investigate the effects of different operating conditions on hydrolysis process of cuttlefish protein by the application of alcalase enzyme. A Box-Behnken design with three factors at three levels was used for hydrolysis optimization and to check any individual or interaction effects between the experimental factors. In this method, the effects of three independent variables, including temperature, pH and enzyme to substrate ratio, were investigated on hydrolysis rate as a surface response. The mathematical model showed a good fitness with experimental data. Optimum conditions for temperature, pH and enzyme quantity were determined as 54.33 ˚C, 8.49 and 1.97 %, respectively, which caused nearly 14.5 % hydrolysis degree. Based on the lack of fitness factor which was not significant, it was deduced that the resulted model was capable of prediction at different studied levels of variables. In this study, in order to confirm the conditions that proposed by mathematical equation, the hydrolyzed protein was produced accordingly at which resulted in a 16.8% hydrolysis degree. This finding was according to the aim of present trial by producing a protein hydrolysate with maximum hydrolysis degree. Then the functional properties of protein hydrolysate powder from optimized conditions were measured. Functional properties of this protein powders indicated a good solubility, but weak levels of emulsifying and foaming capacities.

Abstract
Memories of the imposed Iraq war against Iran were linked to men’s narratees. More women played a role as an object linked to solider, such as martyr’s mother and wife. Da is a different book. In this article, we try to study Da and its relation to the dominant social discourse, with using Fairclough theory and method. He mentioned three-dimensional framework for studying discourse: analysis of language texts, analysis of discourse practice and analysis of socio-cultural practice. We will show Da, unlike the traditional discourse, emphasis on the other roles of women in the imposed war. In addition, Da tries to make a female verbal construction that it is not found in similar women books. Da goes beyond the traditional discourse of women’s role in war, and seems to have succeeded in this way. With a male act and female speech, Da creates a new text and a new discourse.

Abstract
Aims: With regard to increasing the consumption of seafood in fresh form, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating color and tissue of Rainbow Trout fillet by chitosan edible coating incorporated with marjoram essential oil during refrigerated storage.
Materials & Methods: This experimental study was conducted as factorial experiment with completely randomized design. Three fillets without coating were treated with 2% chitosan solution and 2% chitosan solution+0.5% of the essential oil and were examined three times for each treatment. The color and tissue properties were evaluated after 0, 7, 14, and 21 days. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22 software, using two-way ANOVA, and Duncan's Multiple Range Test.
Findings: There was no significant difference in the composition of moisture, ash, protein, and total fat between 0 and 21 days at refrigeration temperature. The amount of cold bacteria increased during the storage time and was significantly different in different treatments (p<0.05). The initial number of bacteria showed no significant difference on day 0 between control fillet and treated fillet (p>0.05), but with time, this difference became significant (p>0.05). Fillets treated with chitosan and essential oil resulted in better elastic state and, consequently, better fillet quality compared to the control. The use of 2% chitosan preserved these indices in the fillet without any significant change compared to the control (p<0.05).
Conclusion: Coating Rainbow Trout fillet with marjoram essential oil increases its antimicrobial and antioxidant properties and significantly improves the quality of the color and tissue of the fillets of this fish during refrigerated storage.

Abstract
Aims: Wastes related to the fisheries industry include 50% of the weight of fish. Using these raw materials to produce protein hydrolysate results in the production of peptides with functional properties. The aim of this study was to produce protein hydrolysate by chemical method from silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) viscera and its application as a culture media for Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
Materials and Methods: The present experimental research on silver carp was conducted at the Caspian Sea Ecology Research Institute. After freeze-thawing of viscera at 4°C, acidic and alkaline hydrolysis was done at 2 pH of 3.3 and 12, and 2 temperatures of 70°C and 85°C. Peptones produced from these treatments (3 replicates for each treatment) were used as a nitrogen source of Pseudomonas aeruginosa culture media at 48 hours and compared with commercial Nutrient Broth culture media. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17, using two-way analysis of variance, Independent T-test, and Duncan test.
Findings: The lowest and the highest Degree of Hydrolysis were related to alkaline hydrolysis at 70°C and 85°C, respectively (p<0.05). Bacteria growth trend in culture media containing peptone at 85°C did not show any significant difference during 48 hours except 24 hours (p>0.05), but these treatments showed significant difference with the control at all of times (p<0.05). Treatments of culture media had no significant differences at 70°C during 48 hours (p>0.05).
Conclusion: The alkaline hydrolysis in higher temperature is better than acidic hydrolysis and growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the produced peptone can be done as well as that of commercial culture media.
