First, reputable academic sources on public space and its cultural aspects were collected and selected using criteria such as authenticity and thematic relevance. Then, the data were analyzed and coded through qualitative content analysis to identify the main components and indicators related to Hall’s cultural circuit.<br /> Findings:The analysis revealed five key components—production, consumption, identity, signification, and regulation—that together form the cultural representation circuit. These components interact dynamically; a change in one can reshape the others. For instance, design decisions during the production phase influence patterns of consumption and identity formation, while cultural representations can affect subsequent cycles of spatial production.<br /> Conclusion:The proposed model addresses the existing theoretical gap by providing an integrated framework for analyzing the cultural meaning-making process in public spaces. Beyond its theoretical contribution, the model can serve as an analytical tool for urban planners, designers, and managers in evaluating and designing public spaces, and it is adaptable for testing across diverse cultural contexts. اهداف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه و تبیین مدل مفهومی «مدار بازنمایی معنای فضای عمومی از منظر فرهنگی» انجام شده است. این مدل می‌کوشد با اتکا بر رویکرد فرهنگی، ابعاد مختلف فرآیند معناسازی را در قالب ساختاری منسجم توضیح دهد.<br /> روش‌ها: این مطالعه از نوع کیفی و مبتنی بر رویکرد اسنادی است. در گام نخست، منابع علمی معتبر درباره فضای عمومی و ابعاد فرهنگی آن گردآوری و بر اساس معیارهایی چون اصالت و ارتباط موضوعی انتخاب شدند. سپس داده‌ها با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی بررسی و کدگذاری گردید تا مؤلفه‌ها و شاخص‌های اصلی مرتبط با چرخه فرهنگی استخراج شود.<br /> یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل نشان داد که پنج مؤلفه اصلی شامل تولید، مصرف، هویت، دلالت و تنظیم به‌عنوان عناصر مدار بازنمایی معنا قابل شناسایی‌اند. این مؤلفه‌ها در مداری پویا و تعاملی عمل می‌کنند؛ به‌گونه‌ای که تغییر در یک مؤلفه می‌تواند موجب بازتعریف سایر مؤلفه‌ها شود. برای مثال، تصمیمات طراحی در مرحله تولید بر الگوهای مصرف و هویت‌یابی اثرگذارند، و بازنمایی‌های فرهنگی می‌توانند تولیدات بعدی فضا را دگرگون سازند.<br /> نتیجه‌گیری: مدل پیشنهادی ضمن پر کردن خلأ موجود در ادبیات، امکانی برای تحلیل جامع فرآیند معناسازی فرهنگی در فضای عمومی فراهم می‌آورد. این مدل علاوه بر تقویت مبانی نظری، به‌عنوان ابزاری تحلیلی می‌تواند در طراحی، مدیریت و ارزیابی فضاهای عمومی توسط طراحان و برنامه‌ریزان شهری به کار گرفته شود و همچنین قابلیت آزمون‌پذیری در زمینه‌های فرهنگی متنوع را داراست.
